Demand Pooling Appoints President, Expands Advisory Board Veterans Lanham and Kounseski Bring Hands-On Sector Experience DALLAS, October 1, 2007 - Demand Pooling Global Services announced today the appointment of Michael R.Lanham as President and Chief Operating Officer, and the addition of Anthony M. Kouneski to the company's Advisory Board of Directors. Lanham assumes the newly created position of President and Chief Operating Officer. His experience includes more than 30 years in public and private sector management, including serving as assistant to the city manager and mayor of Dallas. Lanham also served in senior management roles at WorldQuest Networks (WQNI) Inc. and AutoRealty LLC. Anthony M. Kouneski joins the Advisory Board of Demand Pooling. Most recently, he served for 12 years as Vice President, Member Services of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). Kouneski has more than 35 years of experience managing and operating public transit systems in the United States. He joins Charles S. Anderson, former Executive Director of Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and former Dallas City Manager; George R. Schrader, former Dallas City Manager; Michael S. Levinson, City Manager of Coral Springs, FL; and Sir Anthony Jolliffe, former Lord Mayor of London, on the Advisory Board. "Michael and Tony are consummate professionals," said Richard K.
